To claim this refund, you must submit a refund request within 5 days of receiving your completed reading. This guarantee applies only after the reading has been paid for, completed, and delivered to the client. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for one reschedule or a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit 100% of the reading cost, and no reschedule will be provided. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled session without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show. As a courtesy, no-shows are allowed one reschedule. After this courtesy reschedule, any further no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the session and payment.
